Thoughts act like an atom bomb in our life becoz the effect of this spreads throughout our body. As a normal person it's quite difficult for us to control the almost 50 thoughts that occur each minute in our mind. But the impact of these thoughts are very deep, that can even act a slippery slop towards the hole of depression.
As an average human being it's not in our hands to control the number of thoughts that we can process in a minute but yeah we can actually control the type of thoughts that we can process. It's simple, avoid negative thoughts i.e. unwanted fear, anxiety and confusion and replace them with positive one such as hope, love and trust.
Various study shows that 80% of our thoughts are negative and 95% of our thoughts are related to the day before.
Thoughts are the most powerful tool to conquer your victory and no one can control your thoughts other than you. It's a normal human nature that we love controlling things but unfortunately we are controlling everything expect the real thing that we have to control.
